All days will start at the HS. Monday has an earlier start time, but most days will start at 8:30 since that is when Band Camp starts.
Monday: Dubuque—River Museum, Elevator, Mines of Spain

We will need to meet at school about 8:00 and will be gone until about 6:00. All participants need to bring a sack lunch. Cost for exchange students will be covered by Xperitas. Cost for Prairie people: $14 for students, $18 for adults. This includes the museum, a 4D movie, and the Dinosaur exhibit. The elevator cost is $3 per person. Here is the list of drivers I think I have. Please let me know if something is wrong: Beth, Anja, Diane, Maggie, Wendy, Don, Jody, Kim.
Tuesday: Wendy Rodriguez offered to host the students in the morning. They will be able to hang out, play games, play soccer in the back yard, walk to JC Penny/Younkers during that time. She will also provide lunch. Please drop your student off at her house on the way to band camp. 3113 33rd Ave SW
After lunch: Cherry Hill for swimming. Pool opens at 1:00 and the kids should be picked up at 4:00 to get back to school for the end of band camp at 4:30. I will provide the entrance fee for the exchange students (so please let me know who will be going). They might want to bring some money for snacks. We need drivers from Wendy’s house to the pool and then from the pool to school. Please fill out the google sheet.
The Water Ski Show is at 7:00 at Ellis. This is a totally voluntary activity, but I really encourage you to go. The students were amazed by the talent. It is an amazing free activity.
Wednesday: I have this scheduled as a shopping day. Drop off at the HS is still 8:30, but the mall doesn’t open until 10:00. We could stay and watch the band for a bit before heading down. Don’t forget that the mall also has an ice skating rink and the movie theater. All day at the mall could be very long. I’d like to offer some a trip to Amana in the afternoon if they are interested. Anja and I can talk to the students on Monday about this day. We will have to have students back at 4:30 for the end of band camp unless we arrange things differently.
Thursday: Coe College tour. This is a really great experience for the students. They will get to tour the school and then eat lunch in the cafeteria. After lunch we will go to the Czech Museum (http://www.ncsml.org ) for a guided tour. There could be time after that for us to drop by NewBo.
Friday: No group plans.
Sunday 14th: This is an open day for Paintball from noon until 5:00. Adventure Park Paintball: Outdoor, 3176 61st St Ln, Shellsburg, IA. This is totally voluntary, but I know that many kids are excited about it. More details are available at http://www.adventureparkpaintball.com/
