Hi all!
Today the German students should just shadow their Prairie sibling. I’ll be at the high school from 7:30 until about 9:15. Then I go to Point and won’t be back until a little after 2:00. Anyone can stop by if they have questions or need help. Frau Bürklen will be with me until early afternoon, but won’t return to the high school with me.
Judy in the school store knows that they are all here and they can simply get their school lunch on the Prairie student’s account. The student ID cards will be done today and I’ll have them to hand out either today (if they stop by) or tomorrow. (Vale should stop by and see me so that Ann-Kristin can get her picture taken and get her ID card).
Tomorrow the German students will spend the day with me in my classes. I do have AP German zero hour and that starts at 8:00. Let me know if that will be a problem. Frau Bürklen and I will drive them to and from Point so that my German 1 students can meet them. We will eat lunch at Point because my schedule has me there during the lunch hour. My last class period is 7 at the high school so they can be picked up in my room before 8th period.
The flight is at 11:10 on Wednesday so everyone needs to be at the airport by 9:00 at the latest. We will get them checked in, take pictures, and say our good-byes. Our students need to be back to school by 10:00.
I don’t know about all of you, but this time has flown for me. I have had a great time and am so thankful that I have such wonderful Prairie families to make it all possible.
